Testimony this week during the murder trial of abortion practitioner Kermit Gosnell started off no less shocking than last week.  Gosnell clinic employee Sherry West described an incident which she related to the jury: how she heard a child scream who was born alive after an abortion. Prosecutors are making the case some such children did not leave Gosnell’s clinic alive.

Another day of testimony at Kermit Gosnell’s trial shows the plight of those who died in his clinic.  The very idea that children would not be under the care of a physician when in the physician’s office, but would rather be exposed to these stories of certain death, reveals the nature of abortion in America and particularly the nature of late-term abortions.
